BlueRock Private Advisory LLC ("BlueRock", "we") is registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. This policy explains what we collect when you visit bluerockadvising.com, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.
We record the pages you view, the site that referred you, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, your browser's language and user-agent string, and your IP address. Your IP address is also used to derive the country you are visiting from; this lookup happens on our own servers and your address is not sent to any third party for that purpose.
To tell one visit apart from another we store two random identifiers in your browser's local storage (br_sid for the current visit, br_vid for repeat visits). We do not use cookies, and we do not load third-party scripts, fonts, or tracking pixels on this site. Clearing your browser's site data for bluerockadvising.com removes these identifiers.
The contact form collects your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. We use these to reply to you. Submissions are delivered to our internal team through private channels so that someone sees your enquiry and can respond.
Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout page — your card details never reach our servers. For USDT payments we record the receiving address and the on-chain transaction, which are public blockchain data. We keep your name, email, amount, and payment status for accounting purposes.
IP addresses are retained for 12 months, after which they are automatically erased from our records. The associated visit, enquiry, or order is kept — only the address is removed.
Enquiries and order records are retained for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our accounting and regulatory obligations.

You can clear the identifiers described above at any time from your browser's settings. Note that some records must be retained to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to the systems holding this data is restricted to authorised personnel and is logged.
